Booking API v1
Reference for the legacy Seatmap.pro booking API. Look up the venue, schema, event, pricing and booking endpoints while you migrate to version 2.
Booking API v2
Integrate with the Seatmap.pro booking API: create events and schemas, assign prices in bulk, and lock or release seats from your own backend.
Booking sessions
Hold a buyer's seats in a server-side booking session that survives a reload and cannot be double-booked. Open, lock, check out and confirm through the API.
Direct sale endpoint
Use the Seatmap.pro direct sale endpoint to mark seats as sold in one atomic call. Skip the lock step for back-office, comp ticket, and import flows.
Event series and self-service seat booking
Create a series of events from one template and let accredited people book their own seat per event with the Seatmap.pro Booking API, confirmed by your system.
Management API
Administer a Seatmap.pro organization over REST: manage tenants, issue and rotate access keys, and control which schemas each tenant can reach.
Schema clone endpoint
Clone a venue schema through the Seatmap.pro Booking API - start the asynchronous clone operation, poll the result endpoint, and read the new schema ID.
